Design Fee
We will meet with you and discuss your landscaping needs. If you wish to move forward with a design, a $250.00 deposit will be required. Ideas and measurements will be taken. We may show up a second time on our own to review job ideas and thoughts. A basic design will be produced from this. We will meet again to review the plan and make any changes necessary.
Designs will be charged for actual time spent on the design process and not meetings or reviews. An hourly rate for design will be discussed and agreed to before or at time of meeting. Your design will be for the proper plants and/or materials needed for the project based on location, codes, weather conditions and needs or wants.
In some cases, depending on project size, there may be a credit on design fees (small projects) and additional fees for some (larger projects).
If you move forward with Shade Tree Landscaping to install the design, you will be credited the amount of your design fee up to $250.00.
